MMA & FITNESS GLOVES
To get a proper fit, you’ll want to get a tape measure and go around the circumference of your hand. Selecting a size will vary between glove style and manufacturer. Please note the chart that relates to the specific product you are checking.
To measure: Take a tape measure and wrap around the circumference of your hand over the knuckles.

Selecting the right size boxing glove, is usually dependent upon your weight. See guidelines below.
UFC HEADGEAR
To measure: Take a tape measure and measure from the front of the forehead around to the back of the head 2.5" above the ears.
*Measurement is in inches. Measure circumference around head over the forehead area.

To measure: Take a tape measure and measure shin length from below top of knee to ankle.
